Fulfillment and Cancellations

Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study brand is a sole proprietorship delivering exceptional brand strategy, visual brand identity kits, and websites for enterprise businesses.

Each relationship is confidential, and in some cases the fulfillment policy is custom. However, based on the requirement for a publicly stated fulfillment policy including both a cancellation and refund policy, below is the general fulfillment policy including both cancellation and refunds.

After you complete a project inquiry, a representative from Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brand will contact you promptly, within the same 24 business hours. 

A discovery call will be set up, to occur within 5 business days between a representative of Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brand and you along with whomever from your team you decide should be a part of the discovery meeting. The discovery meeting is held virtually. 

If you decide that you’d like to move forward with Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study brand and begin an engagement, you will be presented with a Confidential Consulting Agreement that includes the following:

(1) The parties the Agreement is between, Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brand (Vendor), and you (Client).

(2) The scope of work, generally includes the following, however you may opt-in to include add-ons listed on https://casestudybrand.com/services/ 

  • Brand strategy grid including a spreadsheet of inputs (mission, vision, values), narrative elements (functional benefits, emotional benefits) and outputs (messaging pillars).
  • Visual brand identify kit including logo options for you to choose from and color palettes for you to choose from.
  • Design of your website on Figma for you to approve, prior to development.
  • Development of your website on Webflow
  • Publishing of your website using the domain and hosting platform of your choice.

(4) Success criteria, generally including the following, depending on your scope of work: 

  • You accept the brand strategy grid in writing, which will be delivered to you by email.
  • You accept the visual brand identity kit in writing, which will be delivered to you by email.
  • You approve your website design in writing, which will be delivered to you by email.
  • You’ve approve your unpublished website in writing, which will be delivered to you by email.
  • Your website is published.

(5) The start date of your engagement, in Month Day, Year format. 

(6) The program duration. Program durations are always month to month, considering 20 business days and always grand either the Vendor or Client the grace to void the Agreement with 5 business days notice.

(7) Cancellations. If you choose to cancel your engagement with Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brand, you will be refunded a prorated amount based on the final day of the 5 day notice period. For example, if you cancel services on Monday March 11 2024, your agreement will terminate on Monday March 15 2024, and you will be refunded for the business days beginning March 18 2024 through to the last business day of the month which is March 29 2024. In this illustrative example, if your professional fee due to Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brand is $5,000, you’d be owed 10 business days rated at your $5,000 professional fee (monthly) divided by 20 business days ($250 per day) multiplied by the number of days unused. In this scenario, you’d have 10 business days unused and be entitled to a refund of $2,500. Refunds are processed by Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brands within 1 business day and will return to your method of payment used when subscribing to your professional fee subscription.

(8) Refunds. If you feel the Success Criteria has not been met, all you need to do is inform your representative at Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study brand and they will issue you a full refund within 1 business day. 

(9) Professional Fee. The current monthly professional fee for Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brand is $8,600 USD per month, as a recurring monthly subscription. 

(10) Payment Terms. The first monthly fee for your Consulting Agreement is due in full on or before your Program Start Date using an automatic monthly subscription. 

(11) Acceptance. You will be asked to write your legal name, your businesses legal name, sign, and date the Confidential Consulting Agreement. Peter Hillowe DBA Case Study Brand will execute the Agreement with the same information relevant to their own party.
